Training Program Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in any iStaffing Services LLC workforce training program, participants agree to the following terms:
Enrollment & Payment
All payments must be completed at the time of enrollment. Enrollment is not confirmed until payment is received.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds are provided once a training program has been purchased. If a participant is unable to attend, they may request a one-time reschedule or credit for a future session at the discretion of iStaffing Services LLC.
Program Access & Duration
Access to each program is limited to the duration listed at the time of purchase. Online program access expires automatically at the end of the access period.

Attendance & Participation
Participants are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time and actively participating. Missed sessions may not be made up unless otherwise stated.

Results Disclaimer
Completion of a workforce training program does not guarantee employment. iStaffing Services LLC provides job readiness education and support but cannot guarantee job placement, interviews, or hiring outcomes.
Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. iStaffing Services LLC reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the learning environment without refund.
Intellectual Property
All training materials, videos, templates, and resources are the property of iStaffing Services LLC and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed.

iStaffing Services LLC reserves the right to modify program content, schedules, or instructors as needed to maintain quality training delivery.
